BRAM as a concept was born when Khaled Naga took his family out for lunch at a little authentic Egyptian restaurant; as they relished in the flavors and the scents, he asked them if they would like to expand and add an Egyptian restaurant to their line of business. The boys were thrilled and the family brain stormed the idea over lunch.BRAM was created to deliver the Egyptian experience with a nostalgic flare!

There are several factors that give BRAM its unique positioning; as a whole, BRAMmenu is designed reproduce the traditional Egyptian dining experience where great food is served in an atmosphere of coziness and warmth.
Unlike other traditional restaurants, BRAMmenu has succeeded in recreating time-honored Egyptian banquets and family festivities using carefully selected Egyptian comfort food dishes prepared with dedication and served in grandeur. The friendly service, the carefully selected menu items, the wide selection of shisha flavors, the typical Egyptian tea and coffee, and the ethnic favorites of music and live bands give BRAM a unique oriental ambience and a true air of Egyptian-ness.
